How it Works
Lip lift procedure is usually performed under local anesthesia. It takes about an hour to complete. During the procedure, Dr. Shamouelian creates an incision along the base of the nose. A small area of the skin will then be removed in order to lift the lip upward and to increase the extent of the visible pink in the upper lip. After detailed and patient specific adjustments, the incision is meticulously closed with sutures, which will are typically removed after about a week.
